Today’s card is made using one of the brand new Spring 2010 stamps in the release from the Stamp Barn! It is the Gladiola image from the Heather’s Stamp Haven line. And with a flower of that name, it seemed only right to have the sentiment play up the GLAD in the flower’s name!

Card dimensions – 3 ¼” x 8 ½”

Materials: CS – (Bazzill); Paper –Accademia (Fabriano); Ink – Black StazOn (Tsukineko); Stamps – Gladiola HSH 363 M (Stamp Barn); Ribbon - White sheer ribbon (Offray); Punches – oval, scalloped oval (SU!), 1/8” hole (Fiskars); Jump ring, Tombow markers, waterbrush, clear silicone, foam tape, sentiment printed on computer.

And here’s a close up of the flower petals that are popped up using the clear silicone. It is adds a nice dimension to the card:

And for those of you who would like to give this a try for yourself - here is the colour chart.  Remember, you can save this for future use by right clicking on the image and saving the picture to your computer to print off and use when you are ready.  Hope you like!
Until next time, have a great day!

I've been stalking your blog, waiting for the new Stamp Barn stamps to appear! This is just gorgeous. It's one of my favourites from the new stamps and I can't wait till it's on the racks at Heather's Stamping Haven! I really love your card design and your colouring is stunning, as ever.
