Spring Card

I am just finalizing the Cuttlebug write up and card sample for you (finally) - and just in time! The Michael's flyer has their Cuttlebug and Cuttlekids stuff on for 50% off starting on Saturday! Woo-hoo!!!! Make sure you pick up anything you want on sale!

So, here is a card from my Fabulous Folds class offering. It is so much fun. It folds flat to go in the envelope, and then when you take it out it "pops" up to stand and show the main image. So much fun. They really are called "Spring" cards. I will keep you posted on when and where the Fabulous Folds and Cards That Move classes will be offered, in case you are in the area.
Spring Showers Card:
Card dimensions - 6" square

Materials: CS – (Bazzill); Paper –Accademia (Fabriano); Ink – Black StazOn (Tsukineko); Stamps – Umbrella and Raincoat from RS037 CU (lg) Spring Cube (Sunshine Designs); Embroidery floss (DMC), Raindrop shaped blue beads (Michaels), Piercing tool/mat, Brass template (Marianne Designs, Ecstasy Crafts), Spring Card Template (Marianne Designs, Ecstasy Crafts), , Tombow markers, waterbrush.
I love cards with interesting little details and things that all match! And it is finally feeling like Spring - so this card is perfect timing.
Are you planning on going to the Creativ Festival (formerly known as the CSNF) this season? If you want more information - HERE is a link to their website for complete details. It is on from April 25th - 27th at the International Centre by the Toronto Airport. Parking is free! The show used to be mainly sewing and needle crafts but now there is a large part for paper crafting. If you have never gone - it is worth the drive! Hope to see you there.
Until next time, have a great day!
