Oh Baby!

So – as promised, onward to more of my class samples.

Cuttlebug Oh Baby!:
Card dimensions – A2 (4 ¼” x 5 ½”)

Materials: CS –Sweet Leaf (CTMH), blue (Bazzill); Paper –Accademia (Fabriano); Ink – Black StazOn (Tsukineko), Brocade Blue (SU!); Stamps – Baby Cube (Sunshine Designs), Sentiment ‘Oh Baby!” – Baby Word Cube (Sunshine Designs); Ribbon – white grosgrain (Domcord); Punches - small oval punch (SU!), corner rounder (EK Success); Cuttlebug and embossing folder (Provo Craft), Tombow markers, waterbrush, Sakura gellyroll pen – sky, silver jump ring, sand paper, edge distresser, foam tape.

The base card was run through the Cuttlebug using the Baby words embossing folder. I then sanded the embossed parts with sand paper to reveal the white core of the CTMH cardstock. The edges of the Sweet Leaf mat were distressed with an edge distresser too – to match the distressed embossing on the card. You can’t see it on this photo but the blue bottom flap of the little onesie is shimmery – done with the Sakura gellyroll “sky” coloured metallic pen, which was then blended with a paint brush and a very tiny bit of water.

Until next time, have a great day!

This card is just darling! I love how the colours are gender-neutral, but you could certainly do a similar version in pink or blue. Or change it up and use a different embossing template, and stamp altogether. This is a really great design and wonderfully executed. Thanks for posting!
